  • The function of a coordinator is similar to that of the duties of a Human Resources and Public Relations officer but without executive power.
  • A coordinator uses social media and business media resources to make connections between scientists, engineers, technicians, survey teams, software engineers and financiers with the goal of structuring an infranet of people who will control corrosion to networks of pipelines and facilities.
  • Corrosion cannot be controlled by money but the people need money to exist in todays world and these people have to use the universal laws of nature as codified by scientists.
  • Metal pipelines are conductors of electrical energy that is part of the corrosion reaction that destroys metal.
  • Pipelines transport oil. gas and water from source to consumers and are essential to modern society.
  • Pipeline leaks and explosions are caused by electrical energy leaving the metal and passing into the electrolyte in which itis buried or submerged.
  • Cathodic Protection Network is the only organisation in the world to use thescientific method to determine the advice that is published to allow the network of people to engineerthe energy distribution to control corrosion.
  • Cathodic Protection Network is the only organisation the can actually measure corrosion and corrosion control using a corrosion cell called The Alexander Cell.
  • Cathodic Protection Network Dynamic Software is the only software in the world that actually uses the laws of electronics to calculate and computerise corrosion control.

Chidinma Angela Umenne was selected to be coordinator because of her qualifications and proven ability to understand science, her availability in the UK, her connections with Nigeria that is an oil prodicing nation and member of OPEC and the need of the UK to structure corrosion control in a way that is not being done at present.

Chidinma Angela Umenne is now resident in the UK

The following is a rolling record of the correspondence relating to this appointment and is being made available so that all parties can cooperate in the establishment of our coordinator and institution of Cathodic Protection Network as a functioning entity for the benefit of the UK.

Subject. The UK can be part of an international network of professionals practicing the science of corrosion control of the global network of pipelines that transport the worlds energy and water supplies.

Covid 19 is a world medical emergency but international trade, Brexit and the global financial crisis are other global problems that concern governments, central banks and economists.

Pipelines carry the real cash of the world ... billions of dollars worth of oil, gas and water... and when corrosion causes a pipeline to leak it impacts national budgets and even multinational corporation budgets.

Pipelines are leaking because of corrosion, causing pollution and costing their owners billions of dollars, but there is no organisation that is addressing this problem using the scientific method.

Over the past 50 years I have advanced the science of corrosion control and the technology to utilise these advances by engaging a network of scientists, universities, engineers, technicians and other specialists into Cathodic Protection Network that is an internet facility distributed over social media, business networks and on the two main websites that I have constructed myself http://www.pipeline-corrosion-control.com/ and http://www.pipeline-corrosion-control.co.uk/

The title Cathodic Protection Network also describes the actual network of steel pipelines and facilities that serve the oil, gas and water industries from production to end user because the laws of electricity cause all buried and submerged metal to form an electrical circuit that determines the corrosion that naturally destroys metal. Corrosion can be regarded as a disease of the metal that can be studied and controlled.

The science and technology that I have developed since 1972 is sound, well based and field tested. Cathodic Protection Network technology can fully automate corrosion control, using computers to calculate the electrochemical equilibrium of networks of pipelines and facilities that are subject to devastating corrosion.

The structure of the network must include:-

Coordinators in each country and area of the world who must have good on line communication skills and who must initiate and coordinate chat between the following specialists who will work together as a team to control corrosion.

Pipeline corrosion control survey teams use the two main surveys that I originated to acquire data and transmit this to the software development teams.

The software development teams must use field data to calculate the exact positions of corroding coating faults and adjust the TR energy supplies to stop the corrosion.

The manufacturers must produce the required instruments and devices to make this work possible.

The engineers must design, install and commission the sources of DC electrical energy to balance the equilibrium of the system.

The consultants will liaise with universities, research establishments, specialist companies, international publishers and training organisations to redesign and manage courses to ensure sufficient manpower.

Financial controllers will provide sufficient funds up front to enable the personnel to function without the need for disruption by human frailty.

There must be no competition in this structure as we are cooperating and synchronising within the absolute laws of the universe.

Corrosion is causing destruction at present beause of the gaps between scientists and engineers, competing companies and consutants, governments and financiers.

Subject: Application for extension of visa
    Date: 12/30/2020

    Dear, Rebecca Long-Bailey, MP,
My name is Chidinma Umenne of (house address) and a constituent of Salford and Eccles Parliamentary constituency. I am writing to request your assistance with getting an extension of my visa, which is due to expire by end of January 2021.
I came to the UK to pursue a post-graduate master's degree in Biomedical Sciences which I completed at Salford University, Manchester in September 2020. I am proud to share the news that I finished well with a Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Science, and now intend to pursue a Ph.D. soon here in the UK. As such, I would like my stay to be extended to work toward this purpose.
Since arriving in the UK, I have taken courses, examinations (which I passed), and also worked in the Caring Industry contributing to the economy and becoming a useful member of your constituent and I plan to remain committed to being a valuable member of the constituency.
However, I am in urgent need of your intervention to enable me to achieve my aspiration of studying for a Ph.D.
Should I return to Nigeria, I will be unable to fulfill this dream given the insecurity situation in the country, coupled with the impact of COVID-19 on our fledgling economy and widespread unemployment problem - especially severe for a woman.
To meet the financial commitment that comes with a Ph.D. degree I have got to be able to work to save up money for the program.
As it is, I have already secured an offer to work on a project with the Cathodic Protection Network, which is an important project that proposes to address the crises with the corrosion of pipelines that carry billions of dollars worth of oil, gas, and water both in the UK and elsewhere with a novel technology that does not currently exist anywhere else in the world.
The Cathodic Protection Network project can make the UK take the leading position in the pipeline corrosion control/remediation industry, and has received the approval of the MP for Bracknell, James Sunderland. I have attached a link here for more information about the Cathodic Protection Network.
I am a crucial part of this project and the founder, Roger Alexander believes I am well qualified and is available for reference. I will be totally heartbroken should I be taken off the project at this point.
As a Catholic, I believe in the good of humanity and I agree with Mother Theresa of Calcutta’s inspiring quote that “There are so many good people in the world, if you can’t find one, be one”.

Please respond to my request as soon as possible as my destiny at this time depends on your benevolence. If possible, escalate my appeal to the relevant authorities.

I look forward to hearing your response in due course.

    Yours sincerely.
    Chidinma Ummene

    To roger.alexander3@ntlworld.com

A deal with the EU has been reached and businesses should take action.
I am delighted that we have agreed a deal with the European Union and I am confident that the United Kingdom will thrive outside the EU and cement its position as the best place in the world to start, grow and run a business.
The deal with the EU means the UK can now regulate in a manner that suits the UK economy and UK businesses – doing things in a more innovative and effective way, without being bound by EU rules.
As with any major change, there will be challenges as we adjust to new ways of doing business with the EU. Government will be there to support you to adapt and to capitalise on the opportunities created by this deal.
While the deal secures us tariff-free access to EU markets, you should still check what you need to do to allow your business operations to run smoothly. The new rules apply from 11pm on 31st December so you should take any actions as soon as possible in the new year.
Visit gov.uk/transition and use the Brexit checker tool for a personalised list of actions.
Our business readiness bulletins will be continuing, with important updates for your business – sign up now.
Make sure you check the latest Northern Ireland Protocol guidance, if you move goods into, out of, or through Northern Ireland.
2020 has undoubtedly been one of the most challenging years in living memory. However, the resilience and determination displayed by UK businesses this year has only increased my confidence that 2021 will be the start of an exciting and prosperous new chapter for our nation.

I wish you all a very happy and successful New Year.

    Yours sincerely,

    Rt Hon Alok Sharma MP

Subject: Application for Student Visa Extension.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request that my student visa be extended, the current visa is due to expire by the end of January 2021. I completed post graduate master degree in Biomedical Sciences at Salford University, Manchester in September 2020, and will like to further to PhD. soon here in the UK and this is why I would like a visa extension.

I have been a law-abiding resident since arriving in the UK. Besides my studies have worked in the Caring Industry closing the gap in this critical sector, especially in this Covid-19 era, thus contributing positively to the UK’s socio-economic well-being. In order to achieve my aspiration to study towards a PhD, I have to need to remain in the UK, as this will enable me work and save up money to be able to meet the funding commitment.

Furthermore, I have also communicated my parliamentarian, Graham Stringer, MP for (insert constituency here) for assistance and have received a positive response.

I look forward to your response in due course.
    Yours Sincerely,
